Meditation is nothing but a State In which you are thinking less not a single thought is away from your mind.Your Relax state ,No one is there only U and God.God Means infinite Energy flowing from u.



You should not do anything no exercise,no pranayam,no yoga nothing.You just need be relax.You should seat and close your eyes ,put your hands on lap.You should make posture like this photo.
